  • Support the provision of internal services for audit of measurement rooms and departmental processes.
  • Contribute to the development of HSE performance improvement strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present monthly HSE KPIs and management information to Local Operating Units Managers.
  • Collaborate with departmental process owners to develop workable processes that meet Legislative and Group requirements and promote industry best practices.
  • Provide specialist HSE support to various teams and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improving communication, compliance, and performance in the delivery of key HSE business objectives.
  • Present management information to the Management Team to promote best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic qualification and HSE qualifications in accordance with Polish legal requirements.
