Corporate Image Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Image Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and branding, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage external communication channels, including press releases and media relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, public administration, and media outlets.
  • Crisis management and communication.
  • Employee experience and employer branding.
  • Internal communication and change management.
  • Brand and content management.
  • Team management and development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PR, communication, and marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and communication strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level).
