Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to end users.

1. Act as the on-site extension of the Support Services team, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
2. Provide hands-on support for end-user incidents that cannot be resolved remotely.
3. Responsible for on-site configurations, installations, and inspections of products and services.
4. Offer technical assistance by troubleshooting malfunctioning software and hardware.
5. Document and communicate ongoing assignments, progress, and potential areas for improvement.
