Job Description:
The RTR Process Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through the use of technology and standardized across the organization. You will lead process improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for standardization and optimization, collaborate with global development & IT teams, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives across RTR processes in the Global R2R team.
- Identify opportunities for RTR process standardization and optimization across entities in Global R2R team scope.
- Collaborate with global development & IT teams to integrate overall development roadmap initiatives.
- Effectively communicate changes in processes and procedures to all relevant stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge, including a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. ACCA or other accounting qualifications are a plus. You should also have at least 7 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in RTR in a global SSC, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance optimization projects' coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
- Experience in process performance management.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Project and change management experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
