At HRK S.A., we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Technology Officer to drive financial transparency, optimize IT costs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

This critical leadership position will be responsible for establishing and managing effective financial reporting systems, KPI tracking, and cost recovery processes within the IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management principles and have experience in IT costing, financial management, and project control.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee financial reporting systems and KPI tracking to ensure clear financial oversight and accountability.
  • Compile, review, and clarify monthly and annual internal financial reports to provide transparency on IT expenditure and performance.
  • Establish and manage effective IT service recharge frameworks to ensure accurate allocation and cost recovery.
  • Plan, manage, and analyze budgets for key IT projects and initiatives to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance IT cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead the integration of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles, aligning IT spending with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in finance or computer science; dual degrees are a strong plus.
  • Certifications like CTBME, CTBMP, or CITFM are a notable advantage.
  • Extensive experience in IT costing, financial management, and project control.
  • Expertise in IT service recharge models, benchmarks, and Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Strong skills in IT investment analysis, ROI assessment, and cost optimization.
