Indirect Purchasing Specialist

Valeo, a leading global technology company, is seeking a skilled Indirect Purchasing Buyer to join its Shared Services Center in Skawina. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's specific requirements are met in the Region segment strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement segment strategies to maximize Valeo's purchasing power;
• Collaborate with sites management to deploy and buy-in segment strategies;
• Identify new projects in the Region and ensure compliance with purchasing processes and segment strategies;
• Drive achievement of segment targets in the Region;
• Manage key suppliers assigned by Group Indirect Purchasing Segment Managers.

Requirements:

• Masters degree;
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of purchasing operations, processes, and cost analysis;
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English (day-to-day work in an international environment);
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage;
• Active driving license;
• Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, result orientation, and accuracy with precision.
