About the Role

This is a complex transformation project for a large international company within the banking sector. The goal is to consolidate technology systems via a common Nordic platform, enabling a more modern platform and faster time to market for Nordic digital offerings to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with surrounding programs/service areas to enable business outcomes associated with the CBP roadmap (N-core releases, offers, and account migrations).
  • Ensure that external delivery is completed by end-to-end orchestration, tracking, scope, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Serve as a focal point in CBP for the program/service area to contact.
  • Build trustful relationships with key stakeholders in the programs to facilitate the successful implementation of CBP roadmap outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs in Core Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles.
  • Preferably, 5+ years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles.
  • Preferably, 5+ years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAB.
  • Strong facilitation and decision-making skills.
  • Conflict resolution expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good English.
