We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Poland HR team at Enefit Polska.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and providing guidance on people-related matters across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute recruitment projects for specialist positions, utilizing advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain, contribute to the improvement, and implement HR processes and internal policies, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Administer documentation, data, and HR databases, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on labor law and HR functions, promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Represent the HR department in internal disciplinary proceedings, upholding organizational standards.
  • Organize vacation planning and monitor its implementation, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees in specialist positions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives, enhancing the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
