Job Title: Product Visionary - Lobby Development Leader

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Visionary to lead our Lobby Development team at Evolution. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our Lobby Product, overseeing all aspects of product development, delivery, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product vision, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Lobby Product Development: Lead a cross-functional development team to develop and maintain Lobby products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, shape up the product vision and goals.
  • Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Define long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a product manager/owner or business analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a Product Owner or Scrum Master role or a formal certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A product mindset and analytical skills, necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
  • A good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
