Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Clerk/Specialist to join our team at Grupa Absolvent. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active cooperation and communication with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
  • Processing of demand requests and exception messages to ensure timely delivery
  • Revising delivery schedules in case of date changes from suppliers, taking into account stock levels
  • Checking order confirmations for quantity and date
  • Delivery reminders and monitoring material flow until physical delivery
  • Preparing and sending orders, delivery schedules, forecasts, and framework agreements
  • Supporting the claims process and preparing supplier evaluations
Requirements:
  • University education
  • At least one year of professional experience on a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of German (necessary for communication with suppliers and within the organization)
  • English language skills desirable
  • Experience working with SAP (Purchasing, Production Planning, VM) or other ERP system
  • Support optimization and further development of purchasing processes (purchasing responsibility)
  • Accountability and independence
  • Organized and structured way of working, ability to work in a team, communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness
