The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, particularly in the context of e-commerce and retail. They will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing existing financial processes, implementing best practices, and collaborating closely with the Team Lead to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and refining the AR accounting processes within GBS, leveraging the latest technical advancements.
  • Establishing SOX-compliant controls for new process streams.
  • Acting as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in projects, providing accounting-focused insights.
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable Accounting in the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end AR process.
  • Knowledge of payment method integrations and reconciliation processes.
