Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our project management efforts, leveraging their expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO in large-scale, international corporate environments, preferably in the financial sector.


Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Ensure seamless execution of projects, aligning with organizational goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the project.
  • GenAI Solutions: Support and track the implementation of GenAI solutions (LLM, Chatbots, AI Agents, RAG) across the tax and finance domains.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO in large-scale, international corporate environments, preferably in the financial sector.
  • AI Knowledge: Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), Chatbots, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Agile/Waterfall: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Language: Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for effective communication in an international environment.
