">We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Accountant to join our Finance team, responsible for delivering efficient and effective financial operations and processes that support our company's growth and success.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Book AP and expense claims for EcoVadis entities, monitor invoice payment deadlines, and prepare and control payments.
- Book bank statements, reply to vendor requests, clear AP accounts, and participate in month-end closings and GL activities.
- Work closely with External Accountants and help with ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
">- 4 years of professional experience in accounting, good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and ERP experience would be an advantage.
- Degree in accounting or economics would be an advantage, but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and discipline, are essential for success in this role.
