We are seeking an experienced financial systems specialist to join our team in Poland. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial systems solutions to our clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Persuasive Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their financial system needs and propose tailored SAP FICO solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial needs and develop comprehensive SAP FICO proposals aligned with customer expectations.
  • Presales Demonstrations: Deliver presales presentations, demonstrations, and customized proposals to showcase the value of our services.
  • Technical Sales Coordination: Actively manage technical and sales components of SAP project proposals to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO: Provide expertise in SAP FICO processes and Polish localization solutions, including KSeF, JPK, and split payment.
  • Cloud and On-Premise Implementation: Support cloud and on-premise S/4HANA implementations and conversion projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in SAP FICO consulting and presales activities.
  • Financial System Expertise: Knowledge of financial systems, including SAP FICO, and Polish localization solutions and regulations.
  • Regional Understanding: Strong network within SAP Poland/CEE and understanding of regional business environments.
  • Cloud and S/4HANA Experience: Experience with public/private cloud and S/4HANA projects.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
