The Role

  • We're looking for a Client Implementation Analyst/Associate to own and drive the client onboarding process in collaboration with our Sales team for various client types and products (Cash and Derivatives).
  • Responsibilities include engaging in active discussions with Sales to manage priorities effectively, developing in-depth knowledge of all required elements such as AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment, and gaining a solid understanding of Client Onboarding policies and process requirements.
  • You will manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a high level of organization, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects, being detail-oriented and self-driven, and exhibiting a strong client service orientation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Client Onboarding or a KYC role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Common sense combined with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and energetic approach is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn, given the steep learning curve of this role.
  • A highly confident and professional approach to all tasks, and most importantly, in collaboration with team members.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
