The Role

• To lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
• To develop and execute strategies for the ongoing scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems.
• To ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
• To manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• To collaborate closely with other IT leaders to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.
• To stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, implementing cutting-edge solutions where applicable.
• To oversee vendor management, including negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in a senior IT infrastructure leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, virtualization technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery, and IT service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
