We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of IT Security Program Manager at TN Poland. As a key member of our Global Cybersecurity department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cybersecurity programs globally across multiple business areas and regions, providing strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure successful execution.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including organizing and facilitating project planning, status meetings, reviews, requirements, and release planning to drive projects forward and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on project goals and plans, progress reporting, updates, milestones, metrics, financials, risks, and issues to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality in the system of record for tracking pen test activities and outcomes, maintaining accurate and reliable information to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate compliance with internal audit and external regulators, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any gaps or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the availability of test environments, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate test results with the application team and cyber remediation utility team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze metrics and track service performance of external service providers, providing insights and recommendations to optimize service delivery and improve overall efficiency.
- Higher education in IT security or a related field, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of penetration testing styles, types, and limitations, as well as current PMI (PMP) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with IT, business partners, and vendors.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
