We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SAP Basis Support Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems. Your primary focus will be on providing high-level technical support to our SAP teams, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP systems and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP system architectures to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems, and their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP systems and databases.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in SAP HANA database maintenance, performance tuning, upgrading, and administering.
- Experience in implementing and migrating large-scale SAP enterprise-wide applications and databases to new platforms and versions.
- Ability in project planning and execution.
