We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Generalist to join our Product department and contribute to the development of our Monopoly World project.

About the Project
Monopoly World is an exciting mobile game that requires high-quality 3D assets and animations to bring its virtual world to life. As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating stunning environments and characters that meet our artistic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with art and design teams to develop visually appealing environments and characters.
  • Create and implement 3D models, textures, and animations for in-game assets.
  • Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in 3D design and animation.
  • Develop 3D city maps, environments, and characters.
  • Create dynamic 3D animations and cinematic motion design.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver a world-class gaming experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 3D Generalist in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
  • Solid knowledge of 3D animation principles and experience in creating dynamic animations and motion graphics.
  • Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and smooth gameplay.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and contribute to the overall vision.
  • A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, animation, and design work, particularly in gaming.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of geolocation-based games and previous experience in similar projects is a bonus.
