GPC Global Technology Center is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design system team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Senior User Experience Engineer with a strong background in design systems, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Your expertise will help us build scalable, future-proof solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design System Lead: Develop and maintain reusable React components, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Tokens and Styling: Implement and manage design tokens to maintain consistent theming and styling.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate closely with product designers, ensure smooth design-to-code integration, and document components and systems thoroughly.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure component quality through unit, integration, and visual regression testing using Jest.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of design tokens, CSS-in-JS frameworks, and component-based architecture.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in Jest for automated testing.
  • Strong documentation skills to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with experience mentoring developers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: 80,000 - 110,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.
