Join a dynamic team at Onwelo Sp. z o.o., where you'll play a key role in our major digital transformation initiative. As a ServiceNow Expert, you'll optimize sales channels and IT service management processes, focusing on Service Catalog configuration, workflow automation, and system migration.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in IT projects related to Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Fulfillment, who has proven expertise in migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow (at least 2 projects). You should hold strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Request Management, and Service Catalog, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow configuration (at least 2 projects, preferably involving legacy system migrations).

In addition to your technical skills, we require fluency in German (C2 level), Polish, and English, both written and spoken (or equivalent certifications). If you have experience with Flow Designer, workflows, and Service Catalog (min. 2 years), that's a definite plus.

You'll work on a high-impact project in a complex IT landscape, collaborate with experienced professionals in an agile environment, and have the opportunity to shape and optimize ServiceNow processes at scale. Our hybrid work model offers primarily remote work with occasional onsite presence in Frankfurt for key meetings and workshops.
