  • Managing a team of accountants, providing guidance and support on financial matters, and developing their skills and expertise;
  • Developing and implementing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements;
  • Working closely with Global Business Services in India and external auditors to ensure effective end-to-end accounting processes and high-quality deliverables;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including the Operations and Finance Director, and external partners to ensure alignment and cooperation;
  • Contributing to the development of our finance function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent analytical skills, a high level of energy, and a team-oriented personality.
