At Alstom, we're committed to creating a greener and smarter mobility future. As a Material Planner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage Purchase Requisitions and create Material Planning documents*
- Collaborate with Procurement to follow up on Purchase Requisition levels and launch Material Planning documents*
- Ensure the accuracy of material planning master data, adhering to stock and logistic constraints*
- Create Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and respective Source List and Quota Management*
- Communicate Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow up on their confirmations
- Analyze Suppliers' confirmations versus Alstom's needs and evaluate risk/impact anticipation on production/projects
- Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
- Organize regular reviews with Suppliers to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performances
- Analyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand...)
- Maintain delivery dates in ERP
- Track missing parts until stock availability
- Ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process
- Resolve Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, quantity mismatch, Invoices, etc.)
- Analyze and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate worst Suppliers and define appropriate action plan
- Contribute (when involved) to Supplier's Light Capability Assessment (LSCA)
- Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action plan

Requirements:

- Graduated at least from Higher Education in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain
- Fluent English and Polish
- SAP experience
