Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team at MM Shared Services sp. z o. o. in Kwidzyn. As a key member of our Treasury department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our company's financial resources.

• Monitor and analyze our company's cash flow, including cash in multiple currencies, to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks.
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Develop and execute domestic and international payment lists to optimize our financial operations.
• Collaborate with banks and payment operators to ensure seamless payment processing.
• Assist with bank account openings, closures, and signatory maintenance to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze our factoring program to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess and manage hedging and FX transactions to minimize financial risks.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Purchasing departments to ensure efficient vendor payments.
• Monitor our treasury's shared inbox and respond promptly to ensure timely financial operations.
• Act as a point of contact for procure-to-pay operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Higher education in Economics or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in Finance, preferably in a Treasury role.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Intermediate-level English language skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
