As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in defining, leading, and executing cluster-wide marketing strategies across all Sales Companies in the Cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Cluster Marketing Plans: Drive cluster-wide marketing plans and priorities to ensure consistent execution across all Sales Companies within the Cluster.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of marketing outcomes of various projects across the cluster, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to reach new customer segments, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Close Collaboration: Work closely with the Cluster President, local MDs, and the Global marketing team to retain alignment between local and global strategy and marketing & sales organization.
  • Efficient Collaboration Between Sales and Marketing: Build a strategic bridge between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration to drive business growth.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Lead and inspire the Marketing Cluster organization, ensuring the team is equipped to support all business needs and marketing disciplines (digital, brand, content, events, etc.).
  • Annual Planning Process: Manage the annual marketing planning process for the Cluster, working closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and budget allocation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and measure marketing performance across the cluster, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and marketing collaboration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
