Molecular Biophysicist

1. Design and implement new SOPs and protocols for studying molecular interactions.
2. Optimize and validate biophysical assays to ensure high-quality results.
3. Mentor junior team members in planning and executing biophysical assays.
4. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration within the company.
5. Conduct thorough literature analysis and patent searches.
