**Job Overview**

 

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to support our client, a leading global chemical industry company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable financial guidance and support to the central team, located in Germany.

 

**Responsibilities**

  • Analyse manufacturing cost performance and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimise financial results.
  • Support fixed and variable cost accounting analysis, reporting, and internal control activities for all aspects of site operations.
  • Coordinate annual budget exercises and monthly forecast updates to closely monitor project progress and manage manufacturing cost performance.
  • Support process improvement teams and drive continuous improvements in our processes.

 

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing Accounting or Controlling.
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Microsoft Office, SAP).
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, ability to transform data into valuable information.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar field.
