About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Compliance Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal compliance activities across the IS Procurement & Logistics Domain, with a focus on IT General Controls and security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Control Performers in the execution of IT General Controls and monitor performance quality.
  2. Act as a first line of contact for Application Team and Control Performers/Owners in compliance related queries.
  3. Execute Domain level controls and Reports' logic testing in accordance with defined requirements.
  4. Address, monitor, and ensure follow up on deficiencies and remediations.
  5. Monitor and ensure adherence to internal compliance processes/frameworks.
  6. Coordinate process & control walkthroughs and assessments.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls concepts, supported by practical experience in this area.
  • Understanding of compliance principles and IT processes (change management, user access management, security controls, project management).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently draw and clearly present conclusions.
  • High motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • At least intermediate Excel skills are required.
  • Multicultural working environment experience is a plus.
