We are seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our team in Bolesławiec, Poland.
As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our packaging processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of our production process according to documentation
- Perform tasks as outlined in procedures and instructions
- Inspect products against control guidelines
- Pack products according to packing instructions
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
- Report any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Collaborate with your assigned team to achieve common goals
- Work in a 2-shift system (12h shifts and nights) on weekends
Requirements:
- Vocational education
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to identify differences between objects and anomalies
