Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data integrity principles and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer master data. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement processes that prevent errors and inconsistencies in the data. Additionally, they will provide expert support and training to colleagues on data management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management
- Validate key master data, including types of services and their rates in the IM systems (SF, Ops systems and Oracle) with clients' legal documents.
- Reconcile and clean client hierarchies across SalesForce, Ops systems and Oracle in line with Lightspeed recommendations.
- Eliminate duplicated or obsolete accounts across the systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
