TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled Linguist Supervisor to join our team in support of the European Command (EUCOM).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing linguist support services to EUCOM, including logistics management and linguist support necessary to interpret, translate, and transcribe information in support of EUCOM operations.

• Assist the Program Manager with daily site operations and resourcing of requirements within designated areas.
• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day operational activities at respective sites.
• Serve as the point of contact for the respective site(s).
• Ensure that operational processes facilitate meeting performance/mission requirements.
• May be required to obtain a government security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources, or related field OR Associate degree (or European equivalent) in any field plus 5 years' experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor, linguist supervisor, or linguist program manager.
• Must be fluent C2/C2 (CEF Scale) in a Slavic or East European language (Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Albanian, Hungarian, or Romanian).
• Minimum 5 years of management/administrative experience within United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR) required.
• Experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor, or linguist supervisor or linguist program in the EUCOM Theater area of operations preferred.
• Possess communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
