About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Security Architect with a focus on SharePoint to contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of our security architecture. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ICT security, holding relevant certifications and practical knowledge to address today's advanced security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, advise, and propose infrastructure improvements, changes, or upgrades for our team.
  • Develop complex system architectures that align with business and security needs.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, operating procedures, and policies.
  • Supervise deployments and configuration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to network and services.
  • Design, build, and implement security solutions for production environments, balancing business requirements with cyber security needs.
  • Identify and address emerging security threats by designing architecture elements to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training on new systems and best practices in system security.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in systems development and 2 years in testing complex systems.
  • Certifications: Holds one or more of the following: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or an equivalent certification in information security.
  • Security Architecture Knowledge: Expertise in designing and implementing robust security architectures, continuous solution monitoring, and improvements with an information security team.
  • Consulting and Engineering Expertise: Proven experience in developing security best practices across the organization, fulfilling both business and regulatory requirements.
  • Cloud Security: Hands-on knowledge of cloud security, including risk factors such as data breaches, authentication vulnerabilities, malicious insiders, and DoS attacks.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, policies, and technologies for protecting sensitive technology resources.
  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with NIST standards, ISO27001, and COBIT frameworks.
  • Technical and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and leadership experience.
  • SharePoint Development: Technical experience in developing solutions in SharePoint 2019 and/or SharePoint Online.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication & Identity Management: Experience with single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and related identity management technologies.
  • Very good English and Polish.
