What You'll Do:
Treasury Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for executing trades, generating reports, and managing foreign exchange regulations. You will work closely with the Manager, Financial Risk Management, to ensure that Aon's changing global risk profile is mitigated through financial risk management activities aligned with the strategic objectives established by senior management. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute derivative transactions, generate reports, and perform reconciliation.
  • Manage Aon's qualified and non-qualified hedge programs.
  • Negotiate prices and build relationships with banks while working directly with traders.
  • Oversee derivative counterparty management, including MTM exposures.
  • Monitor and shadow FX transactions in cash pools.
  • Comply with FX trading regulations according to EMIR and Dodd-Frank guidelines.
  • Perform rate reconciliation.
  • Provide regular ad-hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Finance departments daily.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Offer general support, including Kryiba analysis and project assistance for Senior Management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for B.S. or B.A in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in trading foreign exchange and interest rate securities, and operations.
  • English proficiency level B2/C1 required.
  • Familiarity with accounting and tax disciplines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; intermediate experience with VBA and ODBC/SQL query architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven communication and leadership skills.
  • Back office/derivative settlement and Kyriba system experience helpful.
