Overview: ITDS Business Consultants is a company involved in various innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Software Developer to join our team and work on a strategic project for a globally recognized financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features for the ComPass application, which is designed to manage new joiners and workforce-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Feature Development: Design and develop high-quality features for the ComPass application using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Code Optimization: Ensure that code is efficient, reusable, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with testers to support application testing and bug fixing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
  • Database Management: Utilize SQL Server for database design and optimization.
  • Front-end Development: Use front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for UI development.
  • Source Code Management: Utilize code versioning tools such as GIT for source code management.

Requirements:

  • C# and .NET Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • .NET Experience: Experience with .NET 6 or newer versions.
  • Database Management: Expertise in database management using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • OOP Principles: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Software Design Patterns: Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
  • Code Versioning Tools: Experience with code versioning tools, especially GIT.
  • Automated Testing: Ability to implement unit tests and work with automated testing frameworks.
