We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with our international client specializing in consumer health as part of the Procurement Digital Transformation Programme. This role will involve managing key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving digital transformation within the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Intake, Scoping & Prioritisation: Collaborate with project teams to assess project feasibility, aligning projects with business objectives and available resources.
  • Project Mobilisation: Establish project artefacts, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Demand & Capacity Planning: Oversee demand management and capacity planning to ensure resource allocation meets project requirements.
  • Change Control & Compliance: Apply change control processes to maintain project stability and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, tracking progress, and making adjustments to achieve optimal results.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders in procurement, IT, and finance to ensure alignment with digital initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate across project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, leveraging best practices in project management and data governance.

Required Experiences:
  • Strong experience in project management, ideally within procurement or supply chain functions, focusing on data and technology projects.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management and resource planning.
  • Experience in change control and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate across business units.
  • Familiarity with procurement technology (e.g., ERP systems like SAP) and data management beneficial.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Supply Chain or related field.
  • Certification(s) in Project Management essential.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
