Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Publishing Assistant to support our publishing team at TN Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting editors and production teams, ensuring timely publication, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist editors with manuscript review and editing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  2. Collaborate with production teams to finalize manuscripts in PDF, XML, and HTML formats.
  3. Help develop and maintain style guides, ensuring consistency across all publications.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as English language and literature, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in project management and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, including formatting and style guides.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
