Job Description

The Global Finance Director will provide financial leadership across the Account, ensuring all sub-regions have appropriate and adequate financial management, control, and reporting to meet Client and CBRE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality relationships with clients across all geographies.
  2. Drive high-quality financial/commercial performance and lead finance teams globally.
  3. Deliver best-in-class management information, including annual budgets and forecasts.
  4. Manage contract governance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  5. Develop and deliver a robust annual plan for the Global account.
  6. Ensure compliance with SOX control requirements and SOC1 (where applicable).
  7. Balance Sheet governance and reconciliations must be in place. Trade Working Capital: Manage Trade Working Capital to maximize cash and control integrity.
  8. Line manage Account Regional Finance teams and build a diverse and effective team.
  9. Communicate regularly with Account finance and contract support staff.
  10. Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities.
  11. Provide strategic ad-hoc support and manage financial analysis as required.
  12. Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems.
  13. Support Client and CBRE statutory obligations, such as audits.
  14. Build, lead, and motivate a diverse and effective team, and identify and manage delivery of financial training.
