We're scaling globally and seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.

Your New Role

As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll lead design initiatives for two brands in our portfolio. With a strong background in branding and web design, you'll drive a refresh of one brand's visual identity and website.

You'll produce marketing collateral, including social media assets, white papers, interactive PDFs, and data sheets. We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, preferably in a corporate environment, who is self-sufficient and skilled at managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design innovative, engaging, and effective digital marketing materials across various channels.
  • Drive the visual refresh of one brand, including logo redesign and website overhaul.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and effective communication of design goals.
  • Bring a high level of independence and proactive problem-solving to all projects.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 8+ years of experience in creative design.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in B2B service companies, demonstrated through a portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong skills in branding and web design, with an understanding of UX principles.
  • Experience in creating vector illustrations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with video animation tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working closely with marketing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
