Job Overview

  1. Administer complex financial agreements between international subsidiaries.
  2. Assist with the implementation and oversight of strategic funding arrangements.
  3. Advise and collaborate with key stakeholders on financial needs analysis.
  4. Oversee central cash holdings to mitigate reported foreign exchange fluctuations.
  5. Facilitate the repatriation of surplus funds globally.
  6. Provide expert support to the Assistant Treasurer and Group Treasurer on high-level projects.
  7. Act as a financial resource for the broader business.
  8. Manage the full lifecycle of executing foreign exchange derivatives with the group's network of partner banks, including trade initiation, execution, reporting, confirmation, and settlement.
  9. Determine the foreign exchange trades required by central treasury.
  10. Process treasury-related payments linked to FX transactions and funding structures.
  11. Add new banking partners to the trading platform (FXAll) as necessary.
  12. Contribute essential data for interim and year-end financial reporting.
  13. Compile detailed treasury reports for the CFO and the Group Executive Committee.
  14. Assist with the company's supply chain finance initiatives, including relevant reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. English language at a minimum B2 level.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior treasury position.
  4. Possess knowledge of Supply Chain Finance solutions.
  5. Extensive experience in global cash management and liquidity optimisation.
  6. Practical experience in the execution and oversight of foreign exchange derivative transactions.
  7. Expertise in treasury management systems, trading platforms, and market data tools.
