About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead cost control initiatives, analyze financial performance, and provide expert insights to drive business decisions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's financial strategy and ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize financial performance across various divisions and functions.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline financial reporting, and enhance data quality.
  • Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, communicating financial information and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or management accounting, preferably in asset management or financial services sector.
  • Proven analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Tableau and Tagetik is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
