About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our internal audit team at ING Bank Hipoteczny. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering assurance services to the Bank, covering all activities and processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform internal audits in accordance with audit methodology
  • Participate in audit team projects, focusing on risk identification, control effectiveness, and audit report preparation
  • Identify irregularities and issue recommendations
  • Deliver timely documentation of test procedures
  • Follow up on recommendations issued by internal and external auditors, as well as regulators

Requirements

  • Master's degree in banking or finance
  • Audit certification (CIA, ACCA, Polish Chartered Accountant, or CISA)
  • Expert knowledge of mortgage loan processes and covered bonds
  • 5+ years of experience in auditing and banking, with a focus on mortgage banks
  • International experience and advanced English language skills
  • Professional Polish language skills and MS Office proficiency
