About the Position

We're seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team at Relativity ODA LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and informative training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommending improvements.
• Developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of Relativity products and services.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years' experience in training or facilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
