Key Responsibilities:- Lead the establishment and maintenance of the Business Continuity framework for GBTO in London.
- Collaborate with departments to deliver their business continuity plans (user tests and exercises, plan templates).
- Oversee the management of dedicated internal and third-party business recovery facilities.
- Develop and maintain the crisis management framework and arrangements, including exercises.
- Coach and mentor the team on business continuity best practices.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the business continuity area.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
