Job Title: Senior Solution Analyst

As a Senior Solution Analyst at HAVI SERVICE HUB, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions.
  • Translate business capabilities into solution requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, project teams, and senior management to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position in areas P2P, SAP MM, VIM, SAP AP.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management.
  • Minimum five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
