Your Responsibilities
  • Support the tax team in statutory and US-GAAP books calculations.
  • Monitor income tax payments, ensuring timely reconciliations of tax GL accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with income tax returns and other obligations.
  • Conduct audit support for tax authorities and VAT Authority enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the indirect-tax team on monthly VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and VAT GL account reconciliations.
  • Collect data for annual Transfer Pricing documentations.
  • Review Transfer Pricing reports, calculating depreciation and amortization according to tax rules.
  • Support General Ledger department in accounting reconciliations.
  • Prepare E-Commerce Sales reporting for EMEA countries and verify submission from VAT consultants.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or university degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Tax or Accounting position.
  • Experience in indirect taxation and strong accounting knowledge.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Package, Tax Compliance Software, and Tax Research Software.
  • Fluency in English and good Italian communication skills.
