• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to lead our financial budgeting process and provide real-time forecasting.
• The ideal candidate will deliver accurate management reports with detailed variance analysis to monitor business performance and areas for improvement.
• As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with business leaders to offer financial insights that support key decisions.
• You will analyze and challenge revenue and cost assumptions to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
• Additionally, you will support business growth through financial modeling, pricing, and commercial analysis for new accounts.
• Our Senior Finance Analyst will also advise on financial aspects of opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working in global companies is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting are required.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and verbal) is necessary.
• Strong communication skills are crucial for this role.
• The ability to connect financial data with business strategy and provide relevant insights is vital.
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and drive changes is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
