About the Project

We are seeking a seasoned Senior React Developer to contribute to our mission of creating innovative internal communication tools that enhance workplace collaboration and efficiency. Our platform is designed to make workplaces more connected and enjoyable for employees. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment where you'll have the chance to grow professionally and personally.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Designing and implementing high-quality frontend solutions using React and TypeScript.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate external libraries and ensure seamless user experiences.
  3. Ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of accessibility and user experience.
  4. Maintaining and optimizing large, complex, and legacy codebases.
  5. Developing and maintaining comprehensive E2E tests (Playwright, WebdriverIO, etc.).
  6. Working closely with our development team to integrate existing SDKs and APIs in an agile environment.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
  1. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  2. Experience in extending React functionalities and a deep understanding of TypeScript.
  3. A keen attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
  4. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive UI development.
  5. Ability to analyze and optimize complex codebases.
  6. Hands-on experience with E2E testing and a commitment to code quality, security, and documentation.
  7. Previous experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
