The Role: Emergency Framework Manager

This critical position entails implementing an effective emergency management framework at the entity level, ensuring timely and efficient response to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee emergency management across locations
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for the Emergency Management Team (EMT) and relevant functions
  • Cultivate clear roles and responsibilities, accurately documenting key positions
  • Create and update pertinent emergency management documents
  • Establish operational protocols to address emergencies effectively
  • Collaborate in designing robust emergency communication plans, systems, and tools
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • University degree required
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and crisis resolution
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
Compensation and Benefits

Predicted Annual Salary: €60,000 - €80,000, commensurate with experience
