About the Position:
We are seeking an Employee Lifecycle Support Specialist to join our team at JTI GBS Poland sp. z o.o.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for designated zones to all stakeholders, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Maintenance of organizational management data and employee lifecycle events according to corporate guidelines in SAP HR and local systems, as well as handling non-standard requests;
- Preparation of contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates, with modification of templates as needed;
- Addressing employee data-related queries, updating employee data accordingly (bank details updates, personal data updates, etc.), and creating new standards for new requests when necessary;
- Providing standard and complex administrative services;
- Performing necessary data quality controls and filing supporting documents;
- Providing standard and complex reports upon request;
- Identifying opportunities to standardize and improve in-scope processes.
