About Our Team
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist with French Skills to join our team at Philips International.
In this role, you will work closely with our HR team to provide support to employees based in France, including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR initiatives and projects, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement;
- Collaborate with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate particular employees' cases and answer employee queries;
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- You have a bachelor's degree or vocational degree;
- You have previous experience in HR, administration, customer service, or similar;
- You are fluent in both English and French;
- Knowledge of Workday, SNOW, Excel (would be an advantage);
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
